Two New Staff Members Join the Pure commercial Finance Team

We are happy to introduce you to the two latest members to join the Pure Commercial Finance family. Jade and Colin.

Jade Thomas has joined us as our new Office Manager after spending three years with networking company Introbiz. Whereas Colin Moloney, a recent university graduate, is our new property finance specialist.

Our founder, Ben Lloyd, has commented on the new appointments, saying:

“Jade has already established herself as a key asset to the business, helping to keep communications and information flowing between Pure and our clients.

“Colin’s knowledge and passion for property, coupled with his strong relationships with the financial partners with whom we work has ensured he has quickly become a key member of our team.”

Our growing team means that we now have 11 staff working with us and we have moved into a new 2,000 sq. ft. office in Llanishen to accommodate our growing workforce.

A Successful Year of Business – 2015

Last year, the value of finance we brokered hit an impressive £90 million – a figure 60% up on the previous period.

Deals completed included finance for new live event venue, TramShed, near the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, the historic, grade II listed Pump House in Barry, as well as a Sunbeam motorcycle factory site in Wolverhampton.
